What Benchtime does
Benchtime puts every order you prepare after it's placed on a production board and schedules it against your real capacity: how much you can finish per day or week, your workdays, and days off. Each order gets a ship-by date that moves as work moves.

Ship-by dates from your real capacity
Dates come from your capacity, workdays and days off, plus the orders already in line. New orders, rush jobs and days off all count.

Dates on product pages and at checkout
Shoppers see your next ship-by date on the product page and next to shipping options at checkout, for example "Standard · Ships by Tue, Nov 3".

A production board with your own stages
Name and reorder the stages yourself. Orders has search and bulk actions for busy days.

Lead times, cutoffs and rush orders
Add lead time to slower products, set an order cutoff, and rush orders when you need to. Orders with express shipping can be rushed automatically.

A private status page for each order
Copy a link for any order and send it to the customer. They see the order's stage and ship-by date, with nothing to sign up for.

Pause checkout when you're booked out
If you choose, Benchtime can pause checkout while you're past a booked-out limit you set, and reopen it when you're not.

- Works on every Shopify plan except Shopify Starter, which can't run checkout functions.
- Themes
- Online Store 2.0 themes get an app block you place and style yourself. An app embed is included for other themes.
- Accounts
- No other service or sign-up needed. Benchtime runs inside your Shopify admin.
